Graduates will learn technical and functional skills as well as the ethos and customer focus that TIL proudly maintains. Experienced Hyperion consultants will start working on projects immediately, helping TIL continue delivering excellent services and support to clients.

Requirements for the graduate training scheme: top grade A levels, and a good Bachelor's degree in a Finance or IT related subject. Equally important are the aptitude for learning and performing in a fast moving technical environment, and an attitude that fits in with the Thought IT ethos.
